1. How long does it take for the item(s) to be delivered to me?

Baby Palace and our courier teams work every day including weekends to serve you better. We aim to ship out your order on the same or next business day upon receiving your payment. Once the item(s) has been dispatched, you will be notified of the shipping status. You will be provided a tracking reference number (if applies). Delivery may take 1-3 business days.

2. What are your shipping charges?

BabyPalace offers free delivery for orders PKR 3000 and above. For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat rate of PKR 250 applies.

3. What if I want the item (s) that is already out of stock?

For out of stock item(s), you may email us at info@babypalace.pk to inquire about the restocking status. You may pre-order first before the item(s) arrive.

4. Are all your item(s) from Singapore?

All of the item(s) listed on our website is imported directly from Singapore. We sell item(s) made in Singapore, Malaysia, China, United States, Europe, Germany etc.

5. Where is BabyPalace located?

We are currently solely selling our products online.

6. What payment options do you accept on BabyPalace.pk?

As we just launched our website recently, we accept Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery and JazzCash. Credit/Debit Cards payment option will be available soon.

7. What are your refund policies?

All of our items have been passed QC (Quality Control) in Singapore.  We do not sell defective items unless stated. Refund is only provided on a case by case basis. Do visit the Returns & Exchange page for more details on the refund policy.

8. Do you ship to all cities in Pakistan?

Currently, we only ship to Karachi. We will be opening deliveries to other cities very soon.
