Exchange & Return
There is no returns or refund available once a product is sold. Unlike other stores, we want to maintain and ensure every customer receives their goods in brand new condition and not from exchange or returns. Rest assure all our products are brand new and of the original condition during your purchase. If returns are unpreventable, we will review case by case basis. Do note that there is a return fee involved subject to types of items.
Refunds does not provide any refunds, but we will gladly replace any item that is faulty or if we shipped you a wrong item by accident. In cases of return of a faulty item, it must be returned in its original packaging.
If something is not right, let us know immediately. Email us at quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement.
Defects Terms and Conditions:
  • In the event, if it is a defective product we will waive off all the courier fee and ship a replacement to you within 3 business days after receiving the defective product and accessing the condition of the defects.
  • Please take a photo of the defective product as soon as you identify it and email to us before 7 business days.
